Magic is the wordless experience that arises when we notice and appreciate what is happening right now!

Love is the path of understanding, of keeping our minds and hearts open.

What is your beauty /health practice?
Eat real food, imbibe plenty of water and tea and berry juices, stretch, spend time in the sunshine and clean air, love up my skin daily with home made nourishing body treatments including masks and oils, move my body when it wants to move, be in living water as often as possible.

What makes your spirit glow?
Wild beauty + genuine connection + tasting truth

How do you stay centered in the middle of chaos?
When i find myself needing extra centering, i fall into my inner state of okness ~ that place below the chaos. If i had to identify it further i would quote kabir and say i fall into the “breath inside the breath”

What causes /organizations are you passionate about?

If you could say one thing to the world what would you say?
May we take great care of ourselves, each other and our Earth.

How do you Mother the world?
My whole path is an expression of the Mother.

Herbal medicine consults and the making of medicine to bring well-being to acute and chronic emotional spiritual and physical imbalances.

Relational sessions to support individuals be heard and understood and to help bring revelation and insight to hearts and minds.

Leading retreats and workshops to help people connect to their freedom and truth through meditation, tea, earth medicine and authentic connection.

All of these are my way of loving up our world, as the earth, mind and heart as my teachers and my main means of tending.
